This day I had so enthusiasm and joy. Because we already had planned to go to the Cpypriot Cultural Festival. This festival is so hilarious and full of enjoy. I really love the area and atmosphere. Our friends Mary and her sister Abide welcomed us. We just went for a walk. I recognised a new area which was full of green place and bubble show. Every year North Cyprus festival is located in there and happened there. I was crazy about and satisified so much. I recorded some of the song shows and band performances. These are really fantastic and dazzling. General songs were said in Turkish and most of the people were from Northern Cyrprus. Tarkan “Kuzu Kuzu” ,”Şıkıdım”; Sezen Aksu “Kaybolan Yıllar”; Ajda Pekkan “Eğlen Güzelim”, “Sana Ne Kime Ne” were the fundamental songs in Turkish. I met some new booths and had a conversation with them. I learned new information related to Northern Cyprus education. Education methods were strict and they were dependent for Turkish education customs. Atatürk, reforms and Turkish history were never forgotten.
Firstly we went to Kilburn Station. Kilburn is so good and full of green places. There were so many shops and restaurants in there.
This was Enfield Town information label. We used train and underground to reach there.
This is my photo in the main centre. There were some games in there. For example, running competition. There was a raffle and I bought a new ticket. But ticket was empty. There were some ornaments and lots of decorations were selling in the booths. Some booths were so friendlyh and they gave us a new surprises and sample products. For example; powerbank, tooth dental kit,charger, lipstick. I preserved these in a bag. there was a huge Turkish and UK flag in the area. Some people were from UK. We danced too much.
I met organizator and she was so generous. I loved her. We talked and took a photo. Her name was “Yelda”. I really loved the event. She was so energic and funny.
I was really shocked and one North Cyprus t-shirt was a gift for me.
